Thank you for visiting my page. Unfortunately due to Covid 19, I am not offering any in person private or group yoga classes. In an effort to continue teaching when people need it most, I have moved to teaching Live virtual classes online.

Virtual Yoga

As of March, all of my teaching will be conducted in online classes for the foreseeable future. This works via conference call using Zoom which is a reliable, free and most importantly secure platform. In group classes everyone will be muted so they can clearly hear me and my instructions. Should you like a private class to enable converstation regarding your form and alignment we can arrange this. Otherwise I will be giving clear instructions to ensure you are completing the posture safely. If you have not attended one of my classes before then I will need you to fill an online health form which takes no more than two minutes to complete. This is the reason my classes are not live on Instagram or Facebook, to ensure that I am looking after you.

During the Covid 19 pandemic, all NHS staff and emergency service workers receive free access to classes.

Sunday Morning Beginners Classes

Held at Gainsborough Community Library on Sunday mornings 9:30am – 10:30am. These classes are for those new to practicing yoga. Classes must be booked in advance and it is Β£8.00 per class.

Private Yoga in your home

I also offer one-to-one Yoga sessions within Ipswich, Suffolk in your own home. You will experience the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga during personalised sessions designed for you and your individual needs.

Practicing in your home makes you more likely to continue your own self practice, creating long term positive change. This option allows you more flexibility in your schedule and prevents stress of traffic, parking and planning meal times. Let’s face it, sometimes we just don’t want to go out again after work.

I will design classes specifically for you and keep track of your progress aiding long term development. You can be assured that by having one to one classes that you will be doing postures correctly and safely reaping the maximum benefits of the poses through adjustments.

I am trained to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Aerial. If you don’t know which style you would like to do, then we can experiment and see which you feel most comfortable with or alternate styles for you each session. I recommend beginning with either Hatha or Restorative yoga, but we can discuss this during your initial consultation.

All equipment such as mats, blocks and belts are provided.


My earliest private class is from 6:30am and latest is 9pm. This may be subject to your location. As I am working on my own, spaces and availability may be limited so please get in touch to see what we can work out.


Private classes in my client’s homes are Β£18.00 each. I offer a loyalty scheme where you will receive a free session after every tenth class. Refer a friend for a private class and you will both receive a half price session.

For couples I offer a discounted price of Β£15 each. Small groups of three or more are Β£14 per person. Payment is required by cash or bank transfer on the day of the class.

These costs are based on an hour long class. If you would like longer, we can discuss these prices. I recommend beginning with one hour lessons.

Any clients who are more than 5 miles from IP3 will incur a 45p per mile travel charge.

Pregnancy Yoga

In November 2019 I will be attended my 85 hour residential Pregnancy Yoga course with Sally Parkes. I am offering private pregnancy and post-natal classes in the comfort of your home. This is an opporunity to bond with your baby before they arrive or to safely recover from your birthing experience. Please note that pregnancy yoga is only for women who are in the second and third trimester and post natal yoga is to be discussed prior to booking.
