I am thrilled to offer private yoga classes. Having a private yoga class in your own home is a great way to develop your practice into whatever you wish. Whether you feel conscious going into a yoga class or you are recovering from injury, private classes are the most effective for moving towards your goals.
Private Virtual Classes
If you would like a private class online then I am able to facilitate this for you. These fit around your schedule in the comfort of your own home.
I hold weekly classes and you can see the schedule online via my social media. These are held around the community as opposed to a yoga studio because I believe in giving back to the community and encouraging people to be able to look beyond the Western façade of a ‘perfect’ studio.
Virtual group classes
I hold weekly virtual classes if you cannot make one of my in-person sessions. These are streamed via Zoom allowing you the flexibility to practice with me wherever you are in the world.
I offer group and private pregnancy yoga classes for women in their second and third trimester only.
If you are looking to join one of my non-specialist pregnancy group classes as a pregnant woman, I need to be informed prior to the class so that I am able to modify the class sequence accordingly for you.
If you are 6 weeks post-partum and would like to begin healing your body post-miracle then my post-natal classes are perfect for you to enjoy some much needed you-time, peace and quiet whilst we work together in your post-natal recovery.
Mumma and Bubba Yoga
Mumma and Bubba Yoga is a fun, (sometimes noisy) group class to meet other mums, enjoy some special bonding time with your baby and to get out of the house for a little while.
I am passionate about yoga being an all-inclusive practice for all and this very special grieving mother’s yoga is about healing the mind and body after this trauma. These classes are private so you can feel at ease and safe.
If you are looking for a healthy activity for your hen do with a light heart and great way to bond with your loved ones then this is the perfect addition to your big celebration. Time is taken to make this experience fun and enjoyable for all and is suitable for those who have never taken a class before.
I am lucky enough to have co-hosted a Menopause Wellness Retreat Day which was a huge success. I am passionate about women’s health and yoga is proven to be of huge benefit during menopause. I look forward to holding more events like this in the future.
